The total amount is subject to
Hawaii sales and occupancy taxes, currently at 12.416%. Until
confirmed, rates are subject to change.
- Minimum length of stay is 5 days.
Payments with a check (U.S. funds) are
accepted.
Full pre-payment is due 60 days prior
to arrival.
Security deposit of $250 is
required within 10 days of booking. It will be refunded
within 15 days upon departure after the condo is
inspected.
For cancellations of 60
days or more a $75 fee will be retained. Cancellations
within 30 days of arrival date will be subject to a $250
cancellation fee.
Maximum occupancy is 4
people.
